Our upcoming event, 'Mabel's Labels Mom of Many - Calgary', is on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 9:00am
Bring your mama-friends to the next momcafé event at Earls Restaurant Westhills to hear the story of this “Mom of Many” and how she and her family created Mabel’s Labels Inc., and embraced social media to connect with moms all over the world. Sit back and relax while you enjoy a light breakfast, steaming latté and onsite childcare, while listening to Julie Cole and connecting with local Calgary moms. Doors open at 8:45 and the event runs from 9:00 am. until 11:00 am.
About Mabel's Labels...
We are moms who were frustrated by the amount of stuff that left our houses, never to return. After lots of research and testing we created the perfect fun, durable labels for the stuff kids lose! Our sticky labels and clothing labels, which are dishwasher, microwave and laundry safe, are not only practical, but also designed to be very special to each child. The labels are customized with a child’s name, favourite mix of colours and an icon (animal, symbol, etc.). We have also expanded our product line to include personalized stationery products, ID wristbands and household labels.

Cost: $37.00 non-members - $31.00 members (plus GST)
Childcare: Kids aged 0 – 12 years old are welcome. Listen to the speakers and engage in uninterrupted conversation while the children are supervised in a safe and fun area nearby. Babies aged 0 to 6 months (or older if you prefer) may choose to sit closer to Mom. An additional fee of $10.00 (plus GST) for the first child and $5.00 (plus GST) for each additional child will be charged for those requiring childcare (snacks included).
