Pregnant for the first time and wondering how to tell your Boss? Feel like you are on Mommy Track? Frustrated in trying to balance being back to work and wondering if it is all worth it? This session is for you!

An intensive professional program to guide moms to-be and new moms on how to navigate their growing careers and businesses with their growing family.

Here are the Facts:

  • 66% of women take a scenic route to their career between the ages of 28-34 and for this pay a huge price in terms of both earning power and long run promotional prospects
  • 42% of women 28-34 see themselves as highly ambitious but drops to 29% when women reach the age of 45….as women experience difficulty getting back on their career track, confidence and ambition stall and many women end up downsizing their dreams
  • 70% of women said they would not have off-ramped if their company had offered flexible work options and 54% didn’t even ask!!
  • 93% of women wanted to get back on their career track but only 40% were successful in doing so

This seminar will support you in having a professional pregnancy- a plan of action on how to achieve your professional and family goals with style!

  •  How to plan a smart maternity leave- staying connected AND current
